Peru Residency & Investment
Premium retirement, relocation, and investment services — handled end to end, in your language.
Our core specialty is the Peruvian Rentista Visa — the residency route for retirees and holders of permanent passive income. Every engagement includes:
A thorough review of your financial background documents to verify compliance with Peruvian immigration requirements, including the $1,000 USD minimum monthly passive income threshold, apostilles, and criminal record certificates.
Scheduling and logistics for your INTERPOL background check appointment in Lima, plus coordination of every mandatory in-person step, so nothing catches you by surprise.
Coordination of official certified translations of your foreign documents into Spanish through vetted, accredited translators.
Preparation, digitalization, and formal submission of your complete visa application through the Agencia Digital de Migraciones platform.
Active follow-up on your application status during the entire government evaluation period, with clear updates at every stage.
Transparent flat fees. No surprises. Choose the level of support that fits your journey.
