We are not a government agency, and the final approval of any visa or residency status is at the sole discretion of Migraciones Perú. Government fees, regulations, and processing times are subject to change without notice.

Scope of Services

Specific services, fees, and deliverables are defined in a written Professional Advisory & Services Agreement signed by both parties before any engagement begins. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer; package prices shown are indicative starting points and may vary with the complexity of each case.

Third-Party Fees

Service fees do not include government taxes, Migraciones application fees, INTERPOL fees, or external certified translation costs. These are paid directly by the client.

Best Efforts — No Guarantee

We exert our best professional efforts to prepare and submit fully compliant applications. However, the final approval of any visa or residency status rests at the sole and absolute discretion of the Government of the Republic of Peru (Superintendencia Nacional de Migraciones). We make no guarantees, express or implied, regarding government processing timelines or the ultimate outcome of any application, and we shall not be held liable for financial losses, travel disruptions, or damages resulting from government delays or denials.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate, truthful, and unaltered documentation; obtain required apostilles in their country of origin; disclose any past criminal history or immigration issues before engagement; and attend all mandatory in-person appointments in Peru.

Governing Law

Service agreements are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, unless otherwise specified in the individual agreement.

Privacy Policy

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all personal, financial, and legal information provided by our clients and website visitors.
