Service fees do not include government taxes, Migraciones application fees, INTERPOL fees, or external certified translation costs. These are paid directly by the client.

However, the final approval of any visa or residency status rests at the sole and absolute discretion of the Government of the Republic of Peru (Superintendencia Nacional de Migraciones). We make no guarantees, express or implied, regarding government processing timelines or the ultimate outcome of any application, and we shall not be held liable for financial losses, travel disruptions, or damages resulting from government delays or denials.
Clients must provide accurate, truthful, and unaltered documentation; obtain required apostilles in their country of origin; disclose any past criminal history or immigration issues before engagement; and attend all mandatory in-person appointments in Peru.
Service agreements are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, unless otherwise specified in the individual agreement.
